Biker Girl

Today Madeline rode her bike to a park a mile away, riding through trail tunnels under major street and along major roads. She was very proud that she didn't need any help and that she was able to ride the whole way without much rest.

Don't Find Me

Lola is smart, but sometimes her clever sly ways crack me up. For instance, today I heard rustling in the other room and I said, "Lola, what are you doing?" And she simply said, "Don't find me!" Of course she was in my purse, eating 4 pieces of gum at once...don't find me.....

Beach Time

We headed to Rocky Point for a quick weekend trip to the beach. Maria joined us this time and we all had a fabulous time...that is until we had to wait over 6 hours to cross the border back into the states. Visualize the entire family in the minivan, one flat tire, a few bean burritos, 6 miles and about a billion drunk spring breakers enjoying the last leg of their vacation. It was all good and we made it home in a record 10 hours!
